Messy Church is fun way to learn about God for all the family.

Each Messy Church meeting has a particular theme based on the bible.  At Messy Church we gather together for crafts and games, followed by a short story from the bible, a song and prayer.  We then share a meal together and finish by saying the Messy Grace together.

The first ever Messy Church began in 2004 at St Wilfrid's Church in Cowplain near Portsmouth.  Since then it has spread across the world and from the Church of England throughout other Christian denominations.  To find out more about the Messy Church movement, please go to their website.
Messy Church in the Benefice
Messy Church usually meets on Thursdays, 3 - 5pm, during half terms in Weeting Village Hall.
Messy Church is aimed at families and all children must be accompanied by adults.

Please see our News from the Pews for details of the next opportunity to come along to Messy Church.

How can I help?
If you're interesting in helping Messy Church to continue to be a success, we could use your prayers, help with managing crafts on the day, planning sessions or fund raising to cover costs.  If you think you might be able to support in any way, please get in contact with one the ministry team.
